We've currently had a damp problem within our property which we have now had fixed. There are several walls that need treating to prevent damp happening again and then they need repainting and blending into the rest of the unaffected walls. Does anyone know how we could create the stippled effect, that is the current style of painting through our house.

You can hire a gotalay sprayer from San Luis hire shop if there is a lot to do. If small amount, you can buy a spray can in Leroy Merlin

We have damp in our utility room, looks just like this. What did you have to do to resolve this?

Looks like condensation, plenty of air and a dehumidifier untill dry then paint.
