Thank you, i tried the shop in Benijofer but they didn't want to know either. i showed them a picture on my phone and as it wasn't a battery they normally sold they couldn't help me. thank you though. i really need someone who is prepared to take it apart i think.

Thanks everyone. jpeg checked the battery and it was fully charged so its the wiring. so hopefully it will be fixed very soon. jpeg is an angel in disguise.
