While I've been unable to travel for the last 18 months, I've been dependent on the individual who has been looking after our property for 6 years now. Unfortunately, from the photos neighbours are sending, he is doing little in our absence and rushes to tidy up before we get there. He doesn't seem to think it's a big deal.

Not looking forward to the conversation we'll have when I get there late next week. In the meantime, can anyone recommend a company that could help out in the following ways please?

Regular garden maintenance, controlling weeds, paring back plants as needed
Maintenance and ensuring irrigation working on a regular basis
Cutting hedges regularly
Palm tree maintenance, including one of the variety that needs regular treatment against a certain beetle
Complete pool maintenance, cleaning, regularly topping up, adjusting ph levels, chlorine etc, maintenance of pump and filters
Access to a network of specialist tradespeople as needed, electrician, roofing, building recommendations

I speak English and French, my Spanish isn't great yet so someone / a company we can find a way to communicate (WhatsApp / Google Translate has been my lifeline so far, I'd probably have worked harder to learn more without it though!).
