Home owners association admin companies?

Hi,

I live in a newly built project in Quesada where the builder is finishing up the last home and getting ready to retract from being in control of the newly set up home owners association.

I'm pretty sure that as usual in Spain they hired a company that they get a kickback from to do the administration work for the association and it therefore may not be the best value for money. As owners however we have a right to choose our own admin, so does anyone have a experience with such a companies and if so can you give recommendation which ones to choose and which ones to avoid?

Many thanks.

A lot of the urbanizations in Don pepa are managed by Medterraneo. They are crap. Euro Marina backed .
They have offices . Near Coppers bar. The company uses there own cleaners and gardeners.. . If there was another company. Here I would vote to change

Not true. Our community use Mediterraneo but we use our own cleaners and gardeners after having got rid of the previous ones.

If you want to change you can simply bring it up at an AGM.
You can also change administrators if you vote for it.

Agreed. My community uses Mediterraneo, and they are excellent. Similarly - we chose our own gardeners, cleaners etc. and they're not associated with Mediterraneo in any way.

Our community has used Focus admin for many years with no issues and separately employ Verde for the upkeep of the community.

Could you please add the names and addresses of the administration companies that you have mentioned above. So we could contact them for prices etc.
