I'm looking for up to date recommendations for a key holder in the Rojales / Quesada area - just for regular inspections and deal with any unforeseen issues as may arise. Posts I read so far are all rather old.
Grateful for any thoughts.

A number of people provide the service around CQ
What is the regular monthly charge for key-holding? (basis service charge)
Secondly, what is the charge for hand-over cleaning?

Interested in yr comment on this. Does SGM offer an out of hours service? Ie , fine for them to be keyholders when access during office hours is the thing. But what about holidays or late at night?
