Hi, We're currently looking to buy around Dona Pepa and have been sent various properties from agents including the Fortuna style.
The ones we've been sent range from 74,995-120,000euros

These prices are for 2 bed 1.5 bathroom (Think that means shower on lower floor).

Hope this helps.

We are renting a fortuna and the 1.5 bathroom means a ground floor toilet which you can sit on and bash your knees on the sink at the same time.....plus point, wont ever have to work out which end takes priority after a spanish night out!

I don't have a Fortuna, but as for the shower-room downstairs they can come in very handy when you want to go for a swim - saves you coming back and dripping all the way upstairs!!
