I know we will be informed when we complete on house purchase but
Just wondered if anyone could enlighten.
Our house is on a community but we are part of a smaller group of houses
That is based outside the gates.
Just wondered if we can expect to get a key or keys to enable us to use the pool,
Along with house keys on the notary visit. We are completing in a couple of weeks.
Sorry if it's daft question just very excited.

I think that maybe different communities have different methods!! With some communities that are set up in a similar way to yours you collect the key from the president. Now might be an ideal way to introduce yourselves to your new neighbours (providing that they are around!!) and ask those questions! At least they will know when you are going move in ..... and might even bring you teas and coffees during your move!!!

Hooray completed and have got a key to pool. Had all locks changed in house.
But still lacking post box key. Still got to speak with president when we go back shortly.
