I studied the budget calculation of our community (Alicia-2 in Dona Pepa). Most of the expenses are nowhere: this is insurance, which does not cover anything, a deposit, half of which is stored where it is unknown and does not bring any income. All the work that is being done is only a pool and the area around it. According to local law, if the community pays a deposit, you do not need to pay insurance. This is a very big savings. Require a cost estimate for all expenses, check the laws and pay less.
