Guardamar Puerto Deportivo Marina de las Dunas - query

Last night around 7.45pm, three big lorries made their way nearly all the way down down the jetty at the Puerto Deportivo Marina de las Dunas (where the fisherman and cats can be found at the point where the Segura river enters the sea)

The drivers then started to get pipes that were connected to the lorries and point them inland on the river side of the jetty.

Such was the size of the lorries, there was no way for them to turn around so they would have faced an interesting job reversing back towards land, but the question is what were these lorries actually doing?

I've got all kinds of conspiracy theories - releasing fish into the ocean is the one I'd like to believe. Only photo I have is what I've supplied here
Cheers.
