We moved here permanently in early 2014. We were 59 & 54 years old then. We asked for the S1 form
which they sent, but told us it had an expiry date of January the next year. Once it expired we were refused
SIP card renewals & have been without medical cover ever since. We both worked full time all of our lives
until my early retirement in 2014. All enquiries get us the same answer...no entitlement to health care unless we pay
for it or take out a medcare policy. It sometimes makes me wish I was a foreigner living in the UK. They'd be
throwing free stuff at us. Rant over. :x
