If you are travelling from the UK why not use one of the compare sites to get a travel insurance price and company. I find comparethemarket.com is very good and the prices are much cheaper than going direct.

Most of the companies in UK won't insure you unless you have a UK address.
Staysure has an expat version online and are very good but can be a bit expensive if you have anything to declare. For example, my wife had one episode of tachycardia (high pulse rate) which disappeared after 2 days but it had to be declared and cost an extra £154 for world-wide travel.

Thanks guys, I will be traveling from Alicante to Gatwick then on to Florida cant book untill I am in the Uk in June.
