some time ago I stopped getting topic reply alerts to my [email removed for safety] which I used since I joined in 2015 roughly.
You were unable to resolve the problem so I changed to my other address at [email removed for safety] and got the alerts no problem.
Couple of days ago due to problems with my g mail I changed back again to the [email removed for safety] address and posted on the off topic page a question re jam jars which has had 3 replies and I didn’t get e mail alerts for any of them.
I can change back to the g mail address but wonder why your site has stopped recognising the [email removed for safety] address which is my main address and works everywhere else and on this site since 2015 then suddenly stopped last year on here.

Hi there, we have double checked and the emails are definitely being sent to your live address - they are probably going into your spam. There is one yesterday which is about jam jars. If you go in and mark them as "not spam" and add the sending address to your contacts that should fix it
