Looking for David McKay

He opened a shop in Algorfa, but that has closed and he still has a 9ct gold puzzle ring that he was supposed to be getting repaired for me. Surely after 18 months this must be considered theft? If anyone knows his whereabouts please let me know. He isn't answering my calls.
