When his wife got back from the police station this morning she had firends and relatives there and I heard her say that she'd been told to stay at home and wait.
Then the car drove in to our carpark area and couldn't fully see, but looked like he was driving and he got out looking a bit sheepish & walked indoors.
A little later the friends & family came out and inspected the car closely.
A few minutes later the Guardia arrived and talked to everyone & family then all drove off with Domingo in
one of their cars followed by the Guardia.
So all looks OK & will probably know more later.
But Domingo, dog and car are all safely back!

Seemed normal when I spoke to him last night, although in a bit of a daze.
