Just seen on fb a puppy was dumped by 2 men near the recorral near the main road don't know any more info other than this, can any one in that area keep a lookout for it ..

Someone has found it now and taken it in.

We got him safely, now at SATS. Vet thinks he's approx 8 months old so he's going to be a big boy. German/Belgium Shepherd

Why oh why does this type of thing still happen when there are so many places that will take an animal in?

I reckon there are 100s of us on here that would jump to action if someone said they had a puppy they could no longer keep, even if it was simply to take it to a rescue centre like BIG REDS

Because the people that dump these animals don't give S###.
And as to taking to the animal shelter they are all full, and finding it hard to pay for food and medicines that a lot of these animals need as many have been abused or ill treated by their so called owners!!!..
Just take a trip to any of the animal shelters and you will see how they are all struggling physically and financially to keep going ..

Help always need in all the shelter,so please volunteer.
