hi there, i got all excited about someone's post about Jet2 having no hold luggage charges, and better value overall for baggage than Ryanair, but I can't find it now! (Typical), Jet2 have recently started from Stansted so I was pleased to see an alternative, but on looking, as well as broadly having higher flight charges, they have a 1 bag only 10kg (lower than Ryanair 15kg??) take on policy....I remember the dreaded one bag Rysinair days, but also seem to charge for hold luggage pretty much in line with Ryanair too, so I cannot find any benefit there, unless Ive missed something?

Ryanair is 10kg only as well. 15kg is the hold luggage allowance. The second bag is no larger than 13x7x7 inches approx so a handbag. Jet2 also allows a handbag or laptop bag in addition if it can fit under the seat in front of you.

Ah, Marcliff, you are correct about the weight, I've not flown with Jet2 and they state 1 bag only in the cabin, maybe in practice they are more lenient! Thanks
