Hi
There are plenty of people had flights cancelled and asked to fill in the refund form and payments would be received in 7 days
We had flights booked for 24/03 to 29/03 to Vienna
Has anybody actually received a refund to their bank account

I have had my outward flight to UK cancelled but no info on return flight. I intend to apply for a refund on both.

Anybody got thoughts on if I should claim for the outward and return flights separately ; or wait until they cancel the return flight and claim for both?

If it was booked at the same time when requesting a refund it will ask if you want a refund on all flights on that booking.

I had flights cancelled by BA from London to New York on 5th March. They said they would refund the money within 7 days, or if not it might be on the next week’s payment cycle.
A month later and I am still waiting for the refund.
Whether it is BA, Ryanair, Easyjet or whoever, my concern is that cash strapped airlines are not going to prioritise giving people their money back, particularly if they are not given help by the governments.
