My cancelled May flights have been refunded, in a little over 7 weeks. Quite happy with that as I expected it to take a lot longer. The best part is that I paid €213, which equated to £182 on my card, and because of the drop in the exchange rates, was refunded £194, was only expecting the £182. Nice surprise.

Did they notify you they had made refund or did you just keep an eye on your account

They notified me they were sending the refund on the 29th, on the 28th, and I received it on the 30th.

Hi I have two replies from Easy Jet and they have stated that I am not entitled to a refund for the flight I booked with them They cancelled the flight and I am going to contact the bank to see if I can get a refund on charge back I would just like to mention that I received a refund from Jet2 for the flight I had booked with them no problem at all thank you I will be using Jet2 for my flights Hopefully we should be coming back to Spain when safe enough to come back to our house in Spain

Did they give you a reason? My understanding is, if you booked with them, and they cancel, they should give you a refund, unless you accept a voucher.
