The amazing Torrevieja Carnival parades are on the Sunday 19th February and the Saturday 25th February 2017

Have some colourful carnival fun!

Sunday 19th February
4pm Carnival Contest Parade from Plaza María Asunción, along Calle Ramón Gallud to Calle Patricio Pérez street.

Saturday 25th February (Night Parade)
10pm Carnival Night Parade from Plaza María Asunción, along Calle Ramón Gallud to Calle Patricio Pérez street.

I don't understand why the poster says from 28th January to 25th February. Do you know?

Oh Yeh what it is, is that the carnival celebrations started for the town on 28th Jan 2017 but most of that was in the theatre. The two carnival open air parades are on the 19th and 25th Feb.

Went to the Torrevieja carnival today, really good, getting a bit cold by time it finished. Out of interest is the one on Sat. The same or bigger?

I would imagine being a night time carnival it could be bigger but hopefully someone else may know.

Usually about the same....
Some of the children's ones don't participate in the evening one, but more adult ones take part.
Obviously finishes very lat, so wrap up for the cold.
