Chupinazo - the fiestas start on June 18th.

Starting with a bit of a fun carnival parade, in the Rojales town centre, there will be a water fight with water pistols being handed out as well as free beer and hats - prepare to get very wet!
Then the fiestas councillor will announce the fiestas have started and launch a rocket from the museum.
This will be immediately followed at 1.30pm, by a grand 'mascleta' on the Malecon del Soto - loads of dynamite to make as much noise as possible!
