Celebrating 40 years of Spain's constitution, all youths of 18 will be presented with a copy of the constitution at 11am.
And afterwards at 12.15 on the Malecon del Soto, it looks like a group will be making a 'human tower'.
I went to a practice session in Tarragona 2 years ago, & encouraged to take part too, so if you happen to be around, it may be worth a look!
