If it's the same lad, he's dressed in black, and he has a head set on, I shouted after him to ask him what he was doing, he pretended not to hear me, but I think he got the message as I've not seen him since, I also informed the local police who said they were aware of him.

Just seen this delightful character tonight about 8.00 pm, acting suspiciously near the car park opposite Madagascar Pet Shop.

I hope nobody's car has been broken into as he had two bags on his bike that didn't look empty and as he cycled towards us he pulled a scarf up over the lower part of his face, so just his eyes were showing.

He was completely dressed from head to toe in black and barely visible in the fading light.

Distinctive squeeky brakes on his bike.

So if this is the same person make sure everything whether you are in or out of your house is secure and gates are locked.

There is a very strange man that rides a bike dressed head to foot in cloths all year round, have also seen him walking backwards and doing other strange things along the road !! Seen him round the new houses down lo Pepin way and by gama. Not sure if this is the same man that you have seen,but I think he has some kind of mental problem. he has been about for a few years.
