As I said the post was copied from another forum and it wasn't me who was robbed also the photo was taken by a neighbour of one of the houses that was robbed ... And if the post can help anyone having been a victim previously I am more than happy to share ... My opinion

Not being argumentative, but imagine if your photo was taken and put on a forum as a robber if you were innocent.
You would be very angry.
It might also prejudice a court case.

Two wrongs don't make a right. A crime was committed but posting that picture is also illegal. Could be serious consequences if they see their picture on here.

As there is no real proof that the persons in the photo have committed a crime, we have removed the photo from this forum now. It has been said that the police already have this photo so we hope that they are doing all they can.

Thank you.

Given the number of posts on here about the lack of enthusiasm, co-operation, empathy, understanding of the police, I would imagine they are doing very little about the situation.

In the circumstances I think the picture of the "suspects" should be reposted. What can be illegal about posting a picture of a suspect and without it how am I to know who to look out for or avoid? This Site is about information, help and advice ,is it not?? Surely a repost would be all of those IMHO
