Just to advise that once again the 2 women in the silver Freelander with black trim (reg 1524 BPX) are cruising around the urb. I saw them on Sunday, and again just now. They are stopping every now and then to get out, and check peoples gates, and look over garden walls. Please keep your road gates locked, and front doors too.

As a newcomer to Spain and the area - if everyone knows these people are thieves - why don't the police pick them up or at least take the registration number and go to the registered address to check if there are any stolen goods? I am amazed that they just seem to reappear and carry on!

Ian 2009, like most other countries you actually need evidence of a crime, they may be estate agents, etc. Just saying.

They are known to the police, but are still at large. As for going to the cars registered address... I'm guessing the vehicle has false number plates?

Or the vehicle is stolen. The women have been challenged, and once said they were looking for clothes, another time said they were fitting house alarms. I don't think for one minute that they'd be mistaken for Estate Agents, or any other legitimate professionals.

It`s a nice car to be going robbing. I agree they look suspicious but they seem so obvious. All thats missing is a bag with swag written on it.

It's an old model, belching smoke as it cruises around! I think because they haven't been apprehended, they are now becoming confident. By the time the police arrive,they're long gone...

These two were in our development this afternoon. They were coming out of one of the private gates which had been left open by painters. They waved at a neighbour and said "hola" and then jumped into their vehicle and drove off at speed. We are on Avenida Malaga in Dona Pepa 2.

SEEN THEM CRUISING ROUND ,formentura and rojales mas y mas, dia ,night club road areas.loookking for easy picking I bet and yes why don't the police do something?
