- Since Opening in November 2015 Chryselios Bar Restaurant as a business has been very successful due to fantastic customer support, attention to detail and our hard working, dedicated staff. In June 2017 we decided to change our name to La Brisa Bar Restaurant to add a personal touch. La Brisa means the breeze which is fitting for the position of our premises and also is a combination of Brian and Lisa names.
