Well, it's certainly getting cooler. Down to 21C today and very cloudy. OH put a quilt on the bed about 4 days ago(which I keep kicking off) and makes me close all the doors upstairs to stop the draught.
And, to cap it all off and prove Winter's coming, I saw my first Brit expat in shorts, flip-flops and fleece today. A sure sign.

We left Spain on Saturday after almost a month there. The weather was fantastic, sunshine every day and unseasonally hot -Even on our last night there we did not need even a light jacket - All in all it was the best October we have had but it's generally nice then anyway.
UK last 2 days has been cold, drissly and raining...that's Winter on the way!!!

Oh dear, we come out next Monday hopefully a little bit of warmth left.

Turned out lovely this afternoon. Up to 24C and the sun came out. Even put the aircon back on in the car.
Forecast for a boring week of 24C all next week with just the odd cloud.

That's why we come here.

Marcliff, if your feeling cold now, just wait until I get out at Christmas, Shorts, T Shirt (no fleece) and 21 degrees??? that's a heatwave for us still stuck in the UK

A really lovely 28C here this afternoon. Got quite warm walking around in the sun.
Still, just a reminder that winter is coming as the clocks go back this weekend.
I wonder which one I'll forget to do this year? There's always one.

14C this morning when walking the dogs bloody freezing time to get the long pants out!

cold a will tell what cold is going to work today I had to get the anti freeze out of the boot of the car scrape all the windows before I could move the car now that's what you call cold , not to worry will be out on the 9 of November for 10 day and yes shorts a t shirt and flip flops on I hope
