Here are some graphs showing the average monthly annual temperatures, precipitation, etc. for Rojales.
I look at it when I want to cheer myself up.

Well I'm in the UK at the moment it's so cold, I moan about the wind in Spain but this is on another level. I can't wait to get back home on Tuesday but I've still bought a couple of nice jumpers for those chilly evenings 'indoors'

What's it like today in Spain?

It's mild but dark dismal and drizzly here in London!

Clear blue skies just now Jan and feels like low 20's. Just had lunch in garden and now going to sunbathe and read a book.

Laura I am so jealous, as Jan says it is awful in London at the minute, I had lunch with central heating blasting, lol.

About 3 months a year - A month at a time in Spring, Summer and early Autumn.

We could come more as we are retired but still have a busy life in the UK. It's great to have the best of both worlds though. I have such a different life in Spain and as soon as I get there I feel myself unwind and relax...It's probably not least the thought of all those meals out and not much cooking! We do lots of walking and some cycling and always try to fit in a coach trip somewhere while there- There is so much to see. When we first bought our holiday home some friends said to us 'but won't you get bored going to the same place so much' but we never get bored as there is so much to do in the area and so many easily accessible places in Spain that we haven't visited yet...the list is endless!
