I think Quesada Taxi may have a 6 seater. You could phone and ask:

on +34 617 555 444 or +34 629 957 174.
Or email on: [email protected]

You'll get Bus Timetables in the Tourist Office. If you don't intend to drive when you retire to Spain I wouldn't choose Quesada. Not many buses. It will restrict you although there are Taxis. Rojales, Guardamar and Torrevieja have a lot more choice.

Vegabus is now La Inmaculada. I remember the service was poor when it was Vegabus, sometimes buses wouldn’t show up at all. But now, under La Inmaculada, it’s much more reliable. I’ve used the service to go from Almoradí to Torrevieja, quite a lot over the last few weeks, and all the buses have turned up, mostly on time or a few minutes late. The mid morning bus can be up to 20 minutes late though, sometimes.
From Almoradí to Torrevieja costs €3 one way. I’ve never asked about return tickets, silly me.
I will post a pic of the timetable

Furthermore, the buses have red and white paintwork, and come in 2 different sizes, normal bus size and minibus size. I’m only familiar with the route between Almoradí and Torrevieja. After Almoradí bus station (in Calle Médico Julio Garcia Garcia) it stops in Algorfa just before the Tien21 shop, then Benifófar and then Quesada at the roundabout, at the arches. It goes to Carrefour, (very handy also for Habaneras Shopping Centre) stopping across the road outside the police station. On the way back from Carrefour, you have to wait at the tall flagpoles at the roundabout where Carrefour petrol station is, opposite Macdonalds. There are other stops on the way into Torrevieja, like the one just before Bankinter, then the Torrevieja marina bus station. The last stop in the centre is outside Hotel Fontana Plaza, next to Dialprix, at the intersection of Calle Ramon Gallud and Rambla Juan Mateo García) This is the same stop you catch the bus from to go back.
I will post some photos

And they don’t usually bother to change the destination sign around in the front window, so it might say Torrevieja Elche when it’s heading towards Torrevieja. Therefore always best to ask the driver if you’re not sure which direction it’s going

There is, but best to get the latest timetable from the Quesada Municipal centre. The times are often approximate but possibly 10 minutes either side of the times shown.
Here's the copy from Sept 2016 to give you an idea
