Hi,
From what I can see on this timetable (link below) from the Agostense bus company, there does appear to be a bus service to Guardamar coming from San Miguel and one of the stops is Formentera, after that it's Rojales and then Guardamar.

Hi,
I asked in the tourist office in Torrevieja yesterday about buses from Formentera to Torrevieja and they said that the best way to get a bus is to go into Benijofar and get the bus from there into Torrevieja. They said lots of buses go from Benijofar to other places too.

You could also ask for the bus timetables, from Benijofar, in the town hall. There are some location and contact details on this link:

The Formentera Town hall (Ayuntamiento) should also have bus information.
