You could get the early bus from Rojales (about 8am I think... there is another at 10am) takes about 45 mins.. then get the Benidorm bus from Alicante... that will take about 50 mins...
I can be done ...

Rosas coach go nearly every day to Benidorm, form the arches,, you have to book though, I assume they still do this, it was 11 euros for return,we used to go on the Thursday stay a couple of days and return on the Saturday.
