The letters seem to be helping. We also have keys to pool which are changed each year and only given to fully paid up residents and the keys are special security keys which are difficult to copy.
Our Administrators in the last few years have been proactive and good, after the first few years of a few 'not so good' Administrators which were changed.
Our Administrators are Servigest Torrevieja. They have online office access for all their residents and we are pleased with the service where we can see all past meeting minutes and all letter copies and other information. After being left in the dark with the previous Administrators companies in the early days of our community we seem to have struck oil now and things are much better.

I agree about Servigest Jan. We have had them as our administrators for 11 years now and have no complaints.
