Our friends are looking for a 3month rental next year from 1st Aug to end of October 2017. They would like a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom in Cuidad Quesada. If you have a property for rent or have a property that you are trying to sale and would like to have some extra cash through renting then let me know.

Hi. Does it definitely have to have three bedrooms? We are considering renting our property out in Dona Pepa for a few months next year but we only have two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge.

Can you tell me the monthly charge you would be looking for and how many bathrooms or on suite shower rooms the property has.

Hi Linda
We only have one bathroom with a cloakroom downstairs. Had a slight change since I replied to you so property unlikely to be available for months of September/October now.
