We've had a house in lo marabu for 10 years . I've just sold it. When we looked at lo crispin back then it was almost deserted but it seems lovely now and we are in the process of buying there. For me personally I wouldn't live anywhere near villa Martin, but I have friends who love it. Everyone has different opinions. I also love quesada and I know a lot of folks who don't. We tend to be out and about a lot too, we have a car there so it's not a problem that's it's quiet. I love the general area around quesada , Rojales, benijofar , guardamar.
