Thanks to all who replied to my query regarding buying in Quesada, even though my initial enquiry was related to the wrong Quesada! anyway just an update, since my initial enquiry I have now bought a lovely little quad villa in Benimar, my next query is where is the best place to meet people and make friends, is there any bars in particular that are good to meet with other ex pats etc? Looking forward to meeting you all, ha ha.
June x

Probably the best way to meet and make friends is to look in the local papers for any clubs that might suit you. There are lots of them around. Depends what your interests are.

There are about 5 free papers each week which you will find in various Bars and Shops and you can buy the Costa Blanca News in the Newsagents. The Costa Blanca News always has lots of useful information which is helpful for a newbie.
