Recommendation or advice best estate agent or web site

hi we are thinking of selling our lovely villa in lo crispin I want to attract every nationality to have a better chance of selling any recommendations for the best estate agent or website to use would be appreciated along with potential cost involved thank you in anticipation.

My recommendation would be Intasun (Arthur) at the bottom of La Marquesa Road. I believe they charge 3% or thereabouts but he knows his onions, if you have to use an agent, although you can advertise on Rightmove yourself.

I would recommend for that location either Petra Honig or Inmobiliaria both in Quesada.
I on the other hand have an apartment in Rojales I want to sell but not sure which Agent would be best for Rojales. Any suggestions welcome!!!

Be careful with certain agents as they will only sell your house under sole agency terms and this is usually for 6 months. Although we didn't sell in the end we found Vincent's at Benijofar very helpful.

As I've said many times before, Prohomespain in Benijófar have been great with us in the past and always give honest and very personal service. When I bought my last house it was advertised in lots of estate agents, but it turned out they were the main agent and every other agent just took it from them, so if you're selling then you should get good coverage through them. No idea of their fees etc, but they're very helpful.

I can also recommend Prohome, my friend sold through them and they were very happy with the service. White Coast Real Estate are looking for property in Lo Crispin. I saw a flyer from them a few days back. Newchocs made a good point in the fact some agents share their houses with other agents. Saving the hassle of multiple visits. Whoever you decide good luck.

PM Properties in quesada Main Street,you just can't fault them, family business,very good honest people,Andrea is superb with all the legal work, which is a mine field if you don't know what you are doing, team PM every time,I am not connected with this company,just very pleased with the service they gave us on more than 1 occasion.
