We sold our holiday house of 8 years at the end of last year in El Galan with the aim of moving location to the Canaries for winter warmth. It sold really quickly before we had even had a chance to look properly there. Now that we have been over we have found the prices are way too high for what you get and as it's going to cost a lot to repurchase again here with fees etc are looking to grab a bargain in the area. Does anyone have any web addresses where I can look at repossessed properties. I have been to looking at Solvia.es already. many thanks.

If you let people know what you want to pay someone may have a property they want to sell at the right price you never know could be worth a try.

Most agents sell bank repossessions but the choice now is not as good as it was...also many of the good properties cost as much from a bank then agent or private sale. You also will find some banks will not deal directly with the public. Good luck
