THIS is the form to use, as published in the State Bulletin. You are supposed to keep these records for 3 years. You can either present in person, or send by fax, or present online. If there is no Guardia post in your village, you can also present by ordinary mail. You then need to post 2 copies and will get one stamped copy back.
More info and links to online registers HERE. But you need to visit the Guardia in your village first, to inform them how you will communicate the data of your guests (some will allow you to send the form by email as well) and if online, you will need to apply for a usercode and password to access the register (¨Alta en el sistema¨). You will need to fill out a form there. Downloadable HERE.

One of our members was kind enough to share a copy of the form with instructions in English. You can download it HERE. Please note that some fields are too small to fill in on the computer, so best to add them by hand once you’ve printed the form. * TIPO = P = PASSPORT (Most used ID by expats) * Fecha de Nacimiento = Date of Birth. * Transmisión de fichero vía internet = You register your guests via their form on the webpage.

The other options to the right are ‘ordinary mail or in person’ and ‘ by fax’. Direct link to online register Guardia Civil HERE.

Hi Jpeg. Unfortunately your links don't work, but I already have the all forms prepared as well as a Privacy Statement to comply with the new EU regs, I also have the police submission letter and an app to download the information direct to the Civil Guard register. But I still need to get a username and password to use the app (I have looked at Partee but it is similar to Chekin). We have asked at Ciudad Quesada Town Hall and the Guardia Civil there and they have no knowledge of the register of guests for private rentals. I have also emailed the Guardia Civil in Madrid, Rojales and Alicante and have been told I need to go to Almoradi police station with the submission form.

I was just curious where Merry Maids got their usernames and passwords from as it would save me having to chase around and also how much they would charge for the service as we are in the UK at the moment.
