can any recommend a flat fee estate agent and if so what was the experience like

.i think most will do a flat fee. I found them willing to come down to meet other agents fees when presses. Even so, agents are not cheap in Spain , but if you want to sell , you pay the cost.

And what service do they offer for the fee, ie are they worth the money

They advertise on national and international sites, They do assisted Viewing if required

Hi, Yes quite a few who advertise flat fee as above which basically includes uploading pictures and description of the property and putting on their website after that if you want escorted viewings etc then extra charges, just check what you get first,

Try the cheap way first. You might be lucky and sell. Know loads who didn't but the Market is better now.
I consider Estate Agents earn their Money and had excellent service selling 2 properties over the years. Most people know as soon as they walk into a Property if it's the one for them so it's hit and miss anyway. Long established Estate Agents in Spain are very knowledgable and try to match Property to Buyer otherwise it's a waste of their time as they like to take Buyers to view a Property. You can always ask an Estate Agent what the fee covers.
