I remember when the detached houses were being built in Lo Crispen they had a large under build and the houses were light & airy inside and seemed good value for money, the ones I have seen for sale recently don’t mention this, are there only a few ?
Thanks
Brian C

I have a holiday home in lo Crispin which I love for its size and layout it doesn'have a underbuild but this type of villa does have a underbuild version but there are only a small number built looking at the difference in prices I'm happy that I got a good deal

Hi Brian,

Several different types of homes in Lo Crispin have underbuilds but often referred to on ads as granny flats. Especially the ones on Calle Bosnia etc. Hope this helps.

Thanks for information I have actually found one for sale and has an underbuild, and I can see the price difference but still a good buy.
Thanks
Brian

Lo Crispin is a lovely place to live no crowds or traffic but is so close to quesada that the town is visible from our top terrace people friendly too and property is value for money its worth taking a look

I have a holiday home there too and love it. Previously I was at Lo marabu. I loved that too and was great for local shops, no need for a car. There is something sweet and naive about Lo crispin, if we do eventually get a shop or two that would be great but I love it just as it is.

Are you planning living there permanently at some point?
Thanks

Hi, we're just in the process of buying a 4 bed detached villa in Calle Bosnia, 2 of the bedrooms are in the separate underbuild with shower room kitchenette & separate lounge....it also has a massive Lounge on mid floor....it was a real bargain as we've been looking for a while & both fell in love with it straight away

Is there potential problems with water coming in from the balconies above the lounges in the propertys at the north of Lo Crispin
