There is always potential for water penetration on a flat roof but if it is sealed properly and inspected periodically it should be fine, would be interesting to hear from home owners, would also like to question about water penetration or damp problems in the ones with an underbuild.

Not sure where north of Lo Crispin is??.....but no sign of water coming into Lounge from balconies in Calle Bosnia.....although our underbuild has previously had a flood, but that was because it has been empty for years & didn’t have the underbuild pump working.

I live there but do not have an underbuild but there are larger properties on the Urb that do depends on budget I guess.
