Following 15 years of owning a property and thoroughly enjoying the experience on La Marquesa Golf it has now come the time to sell it.

I am seeking advice on this subject, such as best method to sell, best active estate agents in the area etc.

Any advice is welcome.

I am looking at buying on La Marquesa. What are you selling ?
We want minimum 2 beds - thanks.

I have a 2 bed, 1 x bedroom and bathroom (downstairs) and 1 x bedroom and double shower(upstairs). Lounge/diner, kitchen with utility sun terrace with views over golf, small private gated terrace and patio area. Communal pool shared by 15 properties

Ok what is your selling price ? I will be a cash buyer but depends on what you are looking for?
