www.spanishpropertyteam.com as they remove all the leg work for you and are reasonable and lower on costs for sellers so lots of properties to view.

Try websites like Kyero, Rightmove, A place in the sun etc.
Don’t forget that although you should be able to negotiate something off the asking price, there are fees of at least 14% to pay on top of whatever price you actually agree. There will be other expenses as well, so maybe best to pay no more than €80K as the purchase price if your true maximum is €100K
