Plenty around, Deb. Just look on Rightmove Overseas. Quite a few around the €119000-€120000 mark.

Found the grand total of 2 properties of that description (detached Villa ) on Rightmove

I found that when I was looking for properties 3 years ago that the big online companies such as Rightmove, A Place in the Sun and Kyero were not informed when a property had sold or been taken off the market so be wary of properties that have been up for sale for a long time.

I found it better to use the smaller localised websites such as Citrine Estates, Petra Honig, Barcelo, Property Choice etc.

We went to Right Priced Properties and was lucky that one had just come on the market for 129,000 euros, but does need some money spending on it, but great location. But would recommend you speak to Dave Ashton Deb, to see what is on offer.

Really pleased for you jpeg. So the OP may have some of your "good luck", then, seeing as there ARE such properties available in the area.

I think I may have missed a trick here. Blingle is quite right that there are plenty of properties shown on Rightmove for up to 120000, however the original post was quite specific - 3 bedroom, detached, la marquesa area. Of which there are NONE.
If Blingle can point me in the right direction I have clients clamouring for this spec. I live in the La Marquesa area and have quite a few that meet the description between 180-300000. Cheapest detached one (3 bed) is 139000. If the OP is prepared to compromise on area/price/number of bedrooms then anything is possible.

Depends on the OP's definition of an "area".

The New York "area", for example, would cover about 450 square miles, and numerous boroughs.

But there we are. I will retract my original comments on the basis that I was trying to be helpful, rather than pedantic or mickey-taking.
