The properties being identified on the portal searches (Costa del Home/ThinkSpain/RightMove et al) do not confirm availability. Indeed they may be well behind in takings agents XML feeds such that property being shown is actually sold (as is the case for the first suggestion from Paul58). Also I still think the OP request for a ''detached'' property is not met by a blue top quad. Yes they are described as a villa, but certainly not detached. It is however a very personal choice affected by the amount of compromise any buyer is prepared to make.

There's one just gone up for sale on Sabina 7 which is on Calle Sierra Morena which is at the top of the hill above La Marquesa they are asking 125,000 but might come down for a quick sale. Might be worth a look.

Out of the 3 links only the middle one is detached and while it may be classed as a villa it's on a community and has very little outside space. Depends I suppose on the op's take on what a villa is.
