Hi
I am having trouble getting the gas on in as much that
1. The Gas supply is in the previous owners name ... Naturgy have sent frequent demands for payments
to the previous owner at my address. When the gas was cut off (by Naturgy) , I opened one of these bills
...it seems I was using the previous owners Gas supply and as it was not been paid , the gas was cut off.

2. Realizing I am liable for the gas I have used, I have tried to contact Naturgy
to explain the situation and to get the Gas on in my name.


As my Spanish is very poor, I have got absolutely nowhere. I have spent literally hours
on the phone trying to resolve this issue, no luck, Even the English Speaking seem unable
to help with this as they keep referring me to a Spanish only speaking line.


All I want to do is get the Gas back on in my name and to pay the outstanding amount I owe.


Any ideas appreciated !


Is there a Naturgy office near Quesada perhaps ?
Maybe I should try another Gas supplier who has a better English speaking expertise ?


It is probably my fault as I do not speak fluent Spanish despite trying very hard !

yOUR LEGAL TEAM SHOULD HAVE TRANSFERRED THE ACCOUNT AND SEEN TO THE OUTSTANDING BILLS BEING PAID FROM THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PROPERTY

When you bought the house the Solicitor should have sorted this out, get in touch with them and I am sure it will be sorted, good luck.

I have had no luck via Naturgy Facebook as they they are referring me to a naturgas link that does not exist,
