Good Afternoon all.

We have just bought an apartment on the Albamar complex. Would anyone have any contact details of either the Admin for the complex or any Albamar discussion groups in general?

Thanks in advance.

Darren Oxley.

The administrators are Mediterraneo and they have offices up by the computer shop near Gama. Manoli is the point of contact. You can join the admin group for Albamar online and she'll give you site details and how to log on.

The president is Marion but she has expressed a wish to change which hasn't happened because of the lack of an AGM over the last 18 months.

You need a login ID and password. There is also an app for phone or tablet
The login ID is your NIE number.
The app and the login page is mediterraneo, not Albamar. Once you have registered you can receive all matters pertaining to the community, access minutes, access financial records and so plus chat.

When I link it then it goes to my login page and shows Login ID and password.
However, you can get it off Google Play or Google on the PC under Mediterraneo Fincas.

Thanks again...your info has been very useful...what price are the community fees? Does it depend on the size of the apartment?

Albamar are some of the most expensive community fees in Quesada. They can be circa 1200 euros per year. I am surprised the agent or your solicitor did not explain these when purchasing. These costs usually form part of the decision making process when deciding to buy.
