If you mean the agents by the Park of Nations, Torrevieja. We did a property show around with these people over four years ago. They used to have a stand at A Place in the Sun Exhibitions

Yes, suffice to say give them a wide berth. 4 years worth of court cases and appeals.

It’s doubtful they have any properties that are exclusively theirs. If you find a property you like, approach another agent to see if they can pick it up

We bought our apartment 20 years ago at a show in Sutton Coldfield. They were excellent they had 2 names then Pestige Villas in the UK and Euro Anglo Sur.
It turned out that the managing director in the Uk was our next door neighbours cousin.

I was the president of their building for 7 years, they were under the impression community fees didn't apply to them, so after 4 years of non payment I took them to court, they lost
