Hi,

I am planning on listing my 2 bed villa in Benimar ll, Rojales on AirBnB. Is there some one who is currently doing this living locally who can advise me on what I need to do to pay taxes on any rental ?
Even a solicitor or anyone who can give me a rough idea how I go about doing that.

Your accountant will advise you as it’s part of your annual tax return.

Is there anything in the paperwork from when you obtained your licence to let out your property, or if you got help from a gestor to obtain the licence ask them.

Presumably you have a tourist licence for the property?
