You need your IBAN, that's the International Bank Account Number and includes the branch code. If you bank online it should give you the IBAN and it should also be printed on the bottom of your statements.
It's 20 digits long with ESXX at the beginning.

Posted: Sat Nov 19, 2016 3:48 pmWE HAVE GOT THE ES NUMBER AND WE CANNOT GET ONLINE YET AS COMPUTERS IN THE BANK IN QUESADA WAS DOWN. SO WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL WE GO THERE NEXT WEEK. BUT WE NEED TO TRANSFER OUR MONEY BEFORE NEXT FRIDAY

You said the BIC but that's simply a Bank Ident Code which identifies the actual bank and not the individual account.
If you have the ES number and are transferring from UK to Sabadell then you can do it online via your UK bank account under international transfers. Is it just computer in the bank branch that was down or the whole system? If just the bank one then can't you do it from your own computer? If the system is down completely I'm sure it'll be back up soon as they sometimes take it down for a short while at weekends to do upgrades etc. Doesn't usually take more than an hour or so.
