Thanks for the article! We definately have a floor clause of 3% in our mortgage papers and they haven't contacted us about removing it so we are still paying at an inflated interest rate! It was our fiscal rep that read told us that we could claim when she checked our mortgage deeds . Just not sure which is the best way to go about it as we do r have any bank star memes of mortgage statements as they are all done online and That only goes back two years.
